This Zumiez location is very nice! Bigger selection compared to the New Hartford store of course, and the staff was super nice and not overbearing while we took forever to make up our minds. Recommend this location!

The store manager at this place is likable and charismatic. He sold me a great Thrasher long sleeve and helped me set up my new skate board. I’ll definitely be returning when I go to Syracuse again. Probably my best Zumiez experience.

the girl that was working helped me pick out my outfit for snowboarding this season and she was literally the coolest and sweetest person ever. i didnt get her name but she was kinda tall and wore a beanie and was super chill. definitely one of the best experiences ive had at a retail store:))

There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!
